Having Jazz as my trainer has been such a massive game-changer for me. She not only helped me feel stronger in more ways than one, but she has also changed how I move and feel in my body. This has rippled out in so many ways, including making me feel more grounded and confident in nearly every aspect of my life. Also, issues that I consciously and unconsciously had with my mobility are well on their healing journey. Working with her is about so much more than hitting your “fitness goals” it’s about learning to take up space in your own life.
